I have been avidly baking bread for over 8 years here at home in DC. After countless loaves and many taste tests from family, friends, neighbors, and colleagues, I'm ready to share my bread (and desserts) with all of you!
I really enjoy the process of making naturally-leavened (sourdough) bread and, in time, have honed in my recipe to include a mix of home-milled flour and King Arthur brand flour. Flour I mill at home maintains more nutrients than conventional flour and adds a heartier flavor profile to the loaf.
I bake all items to order and use only high quality ingredients to ensure the best flavor, texture, and freshness possible.
All items freeze well allowing you to stock up and store until you need them.
